RTM and RMC Directors
As a Director of an RTM or RMC you have likely experienced the uncertain process of tendering a managing agent contract. Whilst it begins with honest intentions of obtaining better service, the process can quickly become confusing as managing agents make all sorts of promises during the tender to win your business. It is hard to make sense of what is actually possible and realistic that the agent can achieve.

Resident Association and Leaseholders
Did you know even if you are a leaseholder or an unrecognised Residents Association you may still be able to change your managing agent.
Many leaseholders don’t know that you can submit a request to your freeholder to change agent, if your freeholder obliges then you may able to have input in the tender process.
We recommend forming a Recognised Residents Association, if RTM is not possible, as this means the freeholder has to take on board the input from the Recognised Residents Association, giving you more of a say in your next managing agent.
